Is it ok to use the same email address?
Members of the same family registered for My Health Online might wish to use the same email address.
It is strongly recommended that individual email addresses should be used where possible. When the same email address is used, all confirmation emails of appointments and medication are sent to the same email, which may result in a breach in confidentiality.
If you decide to go ahead and use the same email address for multiple patients, please remember to update all individual patient email details if and when it changes.
Remember – Select the link from the welcome screen to update the email address your GP surgery holds.
